Farm-to-Table Fine Dining
For the past year, we have been working to, as much as possible, use exclusively local ingredients and produce. Our executive chef, Anife Best, is dedicated to working with local farmers and suppliers to create new specials like black belly sheep and local duck! These local specials will be on the menu based on availability.
With our new renovations, we have extended our upstairs dining areas, adding new private balconies and dining rooms perfect for large groups. We also have new art on display by some of Barbados’ top artists!
