Chef Anife, the Barbadian executive chef at The Mews restaurant, is known for incorporating authentic, island ingredients to create international-style dishes. And the new summer menu at The Mews is proof of this! Chef Anife has championed local flavours and traditions while giving diners a fresh take with dishes like: Braised Beef Bone Marrow, and Clifton Meats Grilled Pork Chop with deconstructed macaroni pie.
There are also a variety of options for gluten-free and vegetarian diners.
Diners can be assured that their fresh, high-quality ingredients are sourced from Barbadian suppliers including Archers Organics, Clifton Meats, Hatchman’s Cheeses and various vendors from Bridgetown markets.
